Q. WHY WOULD I RENT, WHEN I ALREADY OWN?
A. Renting gives you the advantage of maintenance free living. No more upgrading your older home out of your own pocket. By renting a new build, you are essentially upgrading your home & lifestyle without the expense to your pocket, allowing for more financial freedom to do the things you want to do.
Q. AM I READY TO DOWNSIZE?
A. If you’re done raising your family and no longer require the extra space, why wouldn’t you downsize to something smaller but most importantly something easier to maintain. Rather than spending your time cleaning, you could be spending your time doing more of the things you love.
Q. AM I READY RENT?
A. In todays market why wouldn’t you sell your home and move into a rental where you could invest your profit & live off of your interest. That is almost free living!! After years of hardworking, are you not ready to retire & relax!
Q. AM I READY FOR SENIORS LIVING?
A. Moving is a major decision for you to make. One that you may even need some time to process and really think about. While you are still independent, maybe you’re noticing that you are not really that social anymore or maybe you’re lonely? Moving to a seniors community might be a good option for you. You would meet new friends with common interest, plan and join group activities. Even have instant support from neighbours within the community when needed.
Q. ARE YOU CONCERNED WITH THE SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF YOUR CURRENT HOME?
A. Even if you are independent, you can still be at risk of falls or other injuries in your current home. A move to a barrier free residence can provide you with peace of mind knowing the unit was specifically designed for seniors with independent lifestyles or mobility challenges. Q. WHO OWNS RUNDLE PARK?

Q. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
A. While we prefer no pets, we also understand that pets are a part of the family and offer a sense of comfort. We also ask that you clean up after your pet, outdoors as well as indoors. Whether your pet is coming with you or you’re getting a new pet, please contact us first to discuss further details.
Q. DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?
A. All units at Rundle Park are NON Smoking, however if you wish to smoke you may do so outside your unit. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself!
Q. HOW LARGE IS THE COMMUNITY?
A. The community at Rundle Park consists of 26 units, in 3 or 4 unit buildings, a designated area for guest parking, a Canada Post mailbox unit on site and a recreation facility with a common area, small kitchenette, barrier free washroom and small fitness facility for use by the residents at Rundle Park only.
