Sinclair Construction was established in 1996 by Daniel Sinclair of Palmerston, ON.
Dan, along with his wife Natasha, work as a team from the designing of the homes to the construction and finishes of the final product.
For over 25 years their focus has been on custom homes but more recently their builds have move towards retirement & seniors communities. From their first project of Yorkwood Pines, to Blackstone on Mary and now the prestigious community of Rundle Park, you instantly notice the quality and pride they have, not only for their communities and the units within them but for their tenants as well.
